Needs
The work processes of salespeople, warehouse managers, and delivery people were too varied as mobile apps, PCs, and paper prints, so it was necessary to consolidate the work processes into a single system. We had to design a user experience that fits each user’s work environment.

Project Goal
We have built the business mobile application for a salesperson, a warehouse manager, delivery driver, liquor or wine salesperson, etc.
We designed this mobile application to help each work perform efficiently for orders, shipping, delivery.
As a result, the workers managed the shipping with a mobile tablet in a warehouse instead of paper. It started reducing the burden of storing paper documents. And a salesperson can report their tasks on site that it saves time for returning to the office.

UX/UI Principle
Task Flow along with the work process
We reorganized user-specific tasks step by step to provide appropriate Task Flow according to the situation and location.
Handle the related tasks organically
We have provided a UI that allows each user to flexibly share tasks those are handled by a separate app, such as ordering products, checking warehouses of products ordered, delivery, and delivery completion.

Design Concept
We used various graphs to show the current status of many different items at a glance, clearly.
Even though we set the screens that are all different depending on the authorities, we designed and applied consistently to show the brand’s identity.
We classified the information and organized the layout that the areas separated by features with simple components.
