About Client

AMOREPACIFIC is Korea’s leading brand of cosmetics products and service. It is aiming to become a TOP cosmetic brand in the Asian market.​


Needs

AMOREPACIFIC has a variety of sales channels, and door-to-door sales is the most revenue among them.​ For door-to-door sales, AMOREPACIFIC has a counselor’s organization, and IRIS is the name of counselor’s sales support system.​
We were asked for UX consulting of IRIS system which has been operating for more than 20 years but got in trouble for active respond to changes in sales fields.​
We designed new IRIS System UI after deriving a AMOREPACIFIC’s user strategy for door to door sales channel by analyzing the situation, environment, and needs of counselors in various dimensions.


Project Goal

UX consulting to improve existing business functions and to identify expectations for the potential of new communication channels.​
Strengthen the usability of counseling functions such as sales / collection / acceptance. Provide concrete measures to secure communications channels between company (sales office) – counselor and customers.​


UX/UI Principle

After the Stakeholder Interview, FGI, Survey, Trend Analysis, and Computer Analysis, we drew the functions for next generation IRIS and proceeded the UX Design with the Heuristic Evaluation Method.​

UX Consulting

We have gathered the needs of our stakeholders based on the issues through user research.​ And we redesigned the IA structure based on task by analyzing the flow of task for each actual transaction in order to improve IA structure and main screen of existing service.​
The improvement scheme was reasoned out by mapping with them, and roadmap was presented in phase.
