Needs

In 2014, the business environment was changing rapidly, but groupware solutions were unable to respond to the environment and the needs of the enterprise. Business needed rapid information recognition and decision making, but corporate employees still had no choice but to passively check and act on business information.
Therefore, improvement of groupware solution needed to make business efficiently.

Project Goal

Microsoft Korea and OredX have innovated groupware to enable the executives and employees to work efficiently by derived the next Digital Workplace Concept.

UX/UI Principle 01

We analyzed the 24-hour behavioral processes of the employees according to the type of users and found out standard business-related scenarios for each type of user.

Reflecting the results, we constructed a scenario that automatically prioritizes work by projecting the concepts of ‘time’ and ‘situation’ to the groupware function used by employees.
