LOTTE HIMART is the largest electronics distribution and sales company that provides digital products and services that fit the customer’s lifestyle in South Korea.

Needs

LOTTE HIMART hadn’t had an optimized sales system for its services. They had been managing all processes related to selling products – sales, consultation, distribution, inventory management, etc. – through other brands’ mobile applications.
They needed a new Mobile SFA(Sales Force Automation) application optimized for LOTTE HIMART’s distribution process.

Project Goal

We set the goals for the use of the mobile application;
to make it quick and easy for store staff to use a variety of features, to give customers the information they want immediately, and the final biggest one was to build a sales system that is easy and convenient for both sales staff and consultants.

UX/UI Principle

The LOTTE HIMART mobile sales application focuses on mobile sales capabilities to give the users the fastest access to the information they want.
We wanted to design this that both counselors and customers can satisfy; we created ‘Comparative Counseling’ and ‘Consultation History List’ screens to compare product specifications and rate plans, which were customer’s usual concerns on one screen.

Design Concept

We used LOTTE HIMART’s symbol to reflect the identity of the service. Used components such as input boxes and buttons concisely to help users focus as much as possible on the content they needed to understand.
