Considering the environment and situation of Cambodian people who lack experience in using financial services, we designed UI that can be easily understood and used by users who use financial services for the first time.
We established an easy and quick transfer task flow that the users select one of the various transfer methods – account transfer, contactless transfer, prepaid card transfer, etc.
We also analyzed that the users repeated transfers to the same person and applied ‘Friends Circle UI’ that enables a quick transfer.
